Privacy Policy

Effective 29 September 2026

1Who we are, and what this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Maximize LLC, doing business as Maximize Partners ("Maximize," "we," "our," or "us"), collects, uses, stores, and protects your information.

It applies to ryanking.live and maximizepartners.com, and to every subdomain of either one, including app.ryanking.live (together, the "Website"). It also applies when you purchase our programs or participate in our services (the "Services").

Effective date: 29 September 2026. This version replaces every earlier version of our Privacy Policy, including any version published at a different address on our Website.

Our Services are offered only to individuals located in the United States. We do not offer goods or services to individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.

By using the Website or the Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or the Services.

2Information you give us

We collect information you type in. Here is every place you can type something in, and what we keep.

2.1 Our email list. Your email address, and your first name if the form you used asked for it. We keep this in our own database, with a record that you asked to hear from us and the date you asked. Joining also creates a contact record for you in our internal customer records. There are two places to join, the newsletter and the podcast, and both put you on the same list. See § 5 and § 10.

2.2 The Leadership Reset quiz. Your first name, your email address, your answers to all twelve questions, and the result we calculate from them. Taking the quiz also creates a contact record for you in our internal customer records, with a copy of your answers.

2.3 The High Impact Teams application. Your first name and last name, your job title, your email address, the profile link you give us, and your written answers about your role, your team, the challenges you face, your timing, and your decision-making authority.

This application is not a clinical, psychological, medical, or health assessment. We use it only to decide whether the program is a fit. We do not use it to infer any health condition, and we do not treat it as health information.

We do not disclose the contents of your application to your employer, to your colleagues, or to anyone outside our business, except to the service providers listed in § 5 who store and transmit it for us, and where the law requires it.

2.4 Checkout. Your name and your email address. Your card details are typed directly into Stripe's own payment form and never reach our servers or our database. We never see, store, or handle a card number.

2.5 Signing in. Your email address. There is no password. We send you a one-time link and clicking it signs you in. We do not collect, store, or transmit a password, because none exists.

2.6 Your member profile and onboarding. Your name, your role, your company if you give it, your team size, the leadership challenges you select, your ninety-day goal, your "about me" text, your LinkedIn address, your profile photo, and your top five CliftonStrengths themes if you choose to enter them.

2.7 The community. The posts, comments, and reactions you write. Each one is stored with your member identity attached.

2.8 Courses. Where you stopped in a video, which lessons you have completed, your private lesson notes, your written answers to activities, and any file you upload to an activity. Your private lesson notes are visible only to you.

2.9 Assessments, the 90-Day Summit, and testimonials. Your scale answers and written answers, your goal, your weekly check-ins, your end-of-cycle review, and any testimonial text you write. A testimonial you leave on our testimonial page is covered by § 2.14.

2.10 Events and scheduling polls. Your RSVP, any question you submit for an event, and (if someone sends you a scheduling poll link) your name, your email address, and the times you say you are available. A scheduling poll is open to anyone who has the link, including people with no account.

We also keep a record of which live calls you join. When you click Join on Zoom in the app, or the join link in the calendar invite the app gives you, we note the call and the time you clicked, then send you on to Zoom. We can add you to that record or take you off it by hand. Only Ryan and our admins can see it, and we use it to notice when someone has been missing the calls, so we can check in.

We record our live group calls and our individual coaching sessions with Fathom, a recording service. On every recorded call, Fathom joins as a participant named as a notetaker, and a banner on screen says it is recording. A recording holds the video and audio of the call and the names people joined under, and Fathom writes a transcript and a summary of it. Ryan and our admins can watch the recordings. We may share a recording of a group call with members of the program it belongs to, so they can watch it again. We may also use recordings, screenshots that show your name or photo, your community posts, and what you say or write to us, including your image, voice, and words, in our own content and marketing, such as clips, the podcast, and course material, as § 10.3 of our Terms describes. If you would rather not appear, email us, and we will leave you out of anything we make after that.

2.11 Push notifications, if you turn them on. See § 8.

2.12 Business contact records. We keep our own records about people we do business with: a name, an email address, sometimes a phone number, a job title, a company, and our notes. Most of this is typed in by us, from our own dealings with you. Some of it is created when you use a form here, as § 2.1, § 2.2 and § 2.13 describe.

2.13 The High Impact Teams organizations form. Your name, your work email address, your organization, your role, how many leaders you have in mind, and your written answer about your managers. We use this to decide how to reply to you about bringing our programs to your organization. Sending it also creates a contact record for you, and a record of your organization, in our internal customer records, with a copy of your answers. See § 2.12. The line under the email field joins you to our email list, the same one § 2.1 describes.

2.14 Our testimonial page. The page at ryanking.live/testimonial is open to anyone who has the link, with or without an account. If you leave a testimonial there, we keep your words, your video, or both; your name; what you told us you do; your photo, if you add one; and when you sent it, which is when you gave us permission. Your words, your name and what you do are kept in our own database, your photo in our file storage, and your video with Cloudflare Stream. See § 5.

Nothing you write or record leaves your device until you press Send. The page uses your camera and microphone only if you choose to record, and your browser asks you first. Leaving a testimonial does not put you on our email list and does not create a contact record for you.

Before we keep your photo, we remove the details a phone saves inside it, such as where it was taken and which phone took it. We do not do this to videos. If you upload a video from your phone, whatever your phone saved inside the file is sent with it.

Nothing you send is shown anywhere until Ryan has read it and approved it. Until then, only Ryan and our admins can see it. If Ryan decides not to use yours, we still keep it, unless you ask us to delete it. See § 13.8.

Once Ryan approves it, we may use your words or video, your name, what you do, and your photo on our website, in our programs, and in our marketing, which is what the box you ticked says. Anything we show in public can be seen, saved, and shared by anyone.

If your video reaches us but your testimonial does not, for example because your connection drops before it finishes sending, we delete the video automatically, usually within two days.

The page runs Google Analytics, like every other page of ryanking.live, and § 4.2 describes what it collects. The Meta pixel does not run on this page (§ 4.3). Google never receives what you write, record, or upload, or your name. See § 4.5.

We never ask you for: a mailing address, a date of birth, a government identifier, or a payment card number. No form on our Website asks for a phone number. Nothing here asks your browser for your position. Google works out a rough location from your IP address, at the level of a city, and § 4.2 covers that.

3Information collected automatically

We use two measurement tools, Google Analytics and the Meta pixel, and § 4 describes both in full: what they set, what they collect, who gets it, and how to switch them off.

Here is what we still do not do. We do not use session recording or heatmaps, so nothing here replays what you did on a page. We do not use error-tracking or performance-monitoring services. We do not use a chat widget or an A/B testing tool. We do not fingerprint your device.

What actually happens when you visit:

  • Our hosting provider necessarily handles your IP address in order to route your request, the way every website works.
  • We read the IP address of requests in memory to stop automated abuse of our forms. We do not store IP addresses and we do not write them into our logs.
  • If a page you are on contains a video, that video is played by Cloudflare Stream, and Cloudflare receives your IP address and your browser's user-agent. See § 5.
  • If you turn on push notifications, we store your browser's user-agent so we can send them. See § 8.
  • Google and Meta each receive your IP address and your browser's user-agent when their tools load, because that is how any request from your browser works. See § 4.

Through Google Analytics we do see pages viewed, how long a visit lasted, some of what was clicked, the site you came from, and what kind of device you were on. We do not see who you are. § 4.5 is the list of what never goes to either tool.

4Cookies, and the Do Not Track disclosure

4.1 Cookies we set ourselves. Two, and both are strictly necessary to operate the Services: the session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a one-time value used during the sign-in link exchange.

4.2 Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the Website is used. It sets two cookies in your browser under our own domain: _ga, which distinguishes one visitor from another, and _ga_34M4TMJYWW, which keeps track of your current visit. Both last up to two years.

Google Analytics tells us how many people came, which pages they read, roughly where in the world they were, and what kind of browser and device they used. It also records a handful of things you do on a page: reaching the bottom of it, clicking a link that leaves our site, downloading a file, and starting or submitting a form. When it records a form, it records that the form was started and sent and what the button said. It does not record what you typed into it.

Google describes what it collects, and how it uses it, here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

4.3 The Meta pixel. We use the Meta pixel, which is Facebook and Instagram's advertising tool. It sets two cookies in your browser under our own domain: _fbp, which is a random identifier for your browser, and _fbc, which only appears if you arrived from one of our ads and records which ad it was. Both last ninety days.

Every time you load a page here, the pixel sends Meta the address of that page, your IP address, your browser's user-agent, and the _fbp identifier. If you are signed in to Facebook or Instagram in the same browser, Meta can connect that to your account. That is what the tool is for and we would rather say it than let you work it out.

Four pages are the exception, and it is deliberate. The pixel does not load at all on the pages you land on after buying Clarity First or Unlock Your Edge, or after applying to High Impact Teams, or on our testimonial page. The first three play a video, and we would rather Meta had nothing to do with what you watch. The testimonial page is where you can turn on your camera and give us your name, and we would rather Meta was not on that page at all. Google Analytics still runs on all four.

We also send three events of our own, and this is the complete list. quiz_started when you begin the Leadership Reset quiz. quiz_finished when you get a result, carrying one word for which of the six patterns you landed on. checkout_started when you click through to buy, carrying which program it was.

4.4 What Google and Meta do with it. We use pixels, web beacons and similar storage technologies from third parties, including Meta, to collect and receive information from this Website and from elsewhere on the internet. Those third parties, including Meta and Google, use that information to provide us with measurement services and to target and deliver advertising.

In plain terms: it tells us what is working on the Website, and it lets us show you our own ads later on Google, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. Once the information reaches Google or Meta it is theirs as well as ours, and what they do with it is governed by their policies and not by this one. Google's is at https://policies.google.com/privacy and Meta's is at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy

4.5 What we never send them. Your name, your email address, your phone number, anything you typed into a form, anything you wrote to the AI Coach, and anything at all about your account. Not in plain text and not scrambled. Meta offers advertisers a setting that collects email addresses and names out of the forms on their own site. We have that setting turned off, on purpose, and this policy will say so before we ever turn it on.

4.6 Cookies set by others. Stripe sets its own cookies inside its payment form, on the checkout page only, for fraud prevention. Cloudflare sets its own cookies on pages containing a video, for playback. These are their cookies, governed by their policies.

4.7 How to turn all of this off. There are four ways, and they work at different levels.

  • Block the cookies in your browser. Every browser can block third-party cookies, and most can block all cookies for one site. This is the bluntest and the most reliable.
  • Turn off Google Analytics everywhere. Google publishes a browser add-on that stops Analytics collecting on any site, not only ours: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
  • Change what Meta shows you. Meta's ad settings let you see what it thinks it knows about you and disconnect activity from businesses like ours: https://accountscenter.facebook.com/ad_preferences
  • Opt out of interest-based advertising across the industry, including Google and Meta, at https://optout.aboutads.info One honest catch: that tool records your choice in a cookie, so clearing your cookies erases it and you have to do it again.

None of these stop you using anything here. Nothing on this Website is gated behind letting us measure you.

4.8 Why you will not see a cookie banner. No law that applies to us requires one. Banners come from European law, and we do not offer our programs in Europe. We could have put one up anyway to look careful. We would rather tell you plainly what runs here, which is what 4.2 through 4.7 do, and give you switches that actually work.

4.9 Do Not Track, and Global Privacy Control. Your browser can send two signals that ask websites not to track you. Do Not Track is the older one. It was never finished as a standard, the industry never agreed what it obliges anyone to do, and most browsers have dropped it. Global Privacy Control is the newer one. We do not act on either signal, and we would rather say so than promise something the site does not do. The four ways to turn all of this off are in 4.7, and every one of them works whether or not your browser sends a signal.

4.10 Third-party collection across websites. Yes, and this changed. Google and Meta receive information about your visit here, and both of them also receive information about you from other websites, which is how advertising on their platforms works. Until we added the two tools described above, our answer to this question was no. It is now yes, and 4.7 is how you stop it.

5Who else receives your information

We do not sell your information for money, and we never have. We do not rent, trade, or hand over our email list, our member records, or our customer records to anybody.

What we do is narrower, and we would rather name it than let one word do the work. The Meta pixel and Google Analytics described in § 4 send information about your visit to Meta and to Google, and both companies use it to help us advertise. Some state privacy laws define "selling" broadly enough to cover that, even with no money involved, so we are not going to claim a blanket "we never sell." § 4.7 is how you switch it off.

We use the following companies to run the business. Each one receives only what it needs, and each has its own privacy policy governing what it does with what it receives.

CompanyWhat it does for usWhat it receives
SupabaseOur database, sign-in, and file storageEverything described in § 2 that is stored in our own systems, and every email address we send a sign-in link to
StripePaymentsYour name and email address, and the program and plan you chose. Your card details go directly to Stripe from your browser and never touch our systems
ResendSending all of our email, and holding a copy of our email listYour email address, your first name if we have it, and the contents of the messages we send you. Resend keeps its own record of what it sent you and what happened to it
Cloudflare StreamHosting and playing video, and keeping the videos sent from our testimonial pageYour IP address, your browser's user-agent, and the fact that a video was viewed. This happens whenever a page you load contains a video, whether or not you are signed in. If you send a video from our testimonial page, Cloudflare also receives the video itself, with your face and your voice, and your IP address and browser's user-agent as it arrives. See § 2.14
ZoomHosting our live callsThe name you join a call under, your IP address, your video and audio, and anything you type in the chat, while you are on the call
FathomRecording our calls and coaching sessions, and writing transcripts and summaries of themThe video and audio of each recorded call, the names people joined under, and the transcripts and summaries it writes from them. Fathom stores them in the United States and uses AI companies, Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, to write the transcripts and summaries, and those companies may not use them to train their AI. Fathom's settings allow it to use them, in a form that does not identify anyone, to improve its own AI. We turn that off where Fathom lets us, but it is Fathom's practice to keep, not ours
AnthropicPowers the AI CoachSee § 6
Apple, Google, or MozillaDelivering push notifications, if you turn them onYour browser's push address and the encrypted notification. Which company depends on your browser
GoogleGoogle Analytics, which tells us how the Website is usedYour IP address, your browser's user-agent, the pages you visit here, and a rough location worked out from the IP address. No name and no email address
MetaThe advertising pixel that lets us show you our ads on Facebook and InstagramYour IP address, your browser's user-agent, the pages you visit here, and the identifier described in § 4.3. If you are signed in to Facebook or Instagram, Meta can connect it to your account. No name and no email address

Google receives this from every page of ryanking.live, and Meta from every page except the four described in § 4.3, where the pixel is switched off. Neither of them receives anything at all from app.ryanking.live, where the programs, the community and the AI Coach live. Neither tool runs there.

Our email list lives in our own database. Resend receives your address so it can deliver each message we send you, and it holds a copy of the list so that one email can reach everyone at once. There is one list, and the newsletter form and the podcast form both join you to it.

Our website hosting and our source code are provided by Vercel and GitHub. Like any host, they see requests as part of routing and keep their own operational logs. We do not read or use those logs.

We also disclose information where we must: to comply with legal process, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights and safety of Maximize, our users, or the public. If the business is ever merged, acquired, or restructured, information may transfer as part of the business assets.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.

6The AI Coach, and what it sends

The AI Coach is available to Unlock Your Edge and High Impact Teams members. Clarity First members cannot use it.

When you send the coach a message, we send the following to Anthropic, the company whose model generates the reply:

  • the message you typed;
  • the last twelve turns of that conversation;
  • excerpts from Ryan's course material;
  • your profile headline: your name, your role, and your company;
  • your "about me" text and your ninety-day goal;
  • your onboarding answers, as one block of stored data;
  • your top five CliftonStrengths themes;
  • what the app knows about where you are in your program, such as your Summit, your progress in the lessons, your season answer, your leadership quiz result, and your next coaching call.

We do not send Anthropic your email address, your member identity, your community posts, your private lesson notes, your activity submissions, or anything about your payments.

Your coach conversations are stored in our database. No other member can see them. Ryan can: he reads a summary of what members ask, with names removed, and he can open an individual conversation when something needs a closer look.

What Anthropic does with what it receives is governed by Anthropic's own terms and privacy policy: https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy

If you would rather not have this information leave our systems, do not use the AI Coach. Nothing else in the Services depends on it.

7What other members can see

7.1 The community. Members enrolled in the same program can read the posts and comments you write there, and see that you wrote them. Reactions are attributed the same way.

7.2 High Impact Teams member directory. If you are a High Impact Teams member, every other High Impact Teams member can see your name, your headline, your profile photo, your "about me" text, your top five CliftonStrengths themes, and your email address. You can see theirs. This is deliberate: the cohort is small, and members are meant to be able to reach each other directly.

Members of Clarity First and Unlock Your Edge are not in this directory and cannot see it.

7.3 Your profile photo. Your profile photo is stored at a web address that anyone who has that exact address can open without signing in. The address is long and not guessable, and we do not publish it, but it is not password-protected. If that matters to you, do not upload a photo.

7.4 Scheduling polls. Anyone with the link to a poll can see the first names of the people who responded and how many chose each time slot. Full names and email addresses are not shown.

7.5 Group programs generally. In any group program, workshop, or mastermind, other participants will see what you choose to share. We cannot control how other people use information you disclose in a group setting.

8Push notifications

Push notifications are off by default. Nothing prompts you unless you deliberately turn the toggle on. If you do, your browser asks your permission: that permission is the consent, not anything you agreed to elsewhere.

When you turn them on we store the notification address your browser gives us, its encryption keys, and your browser's user-agent string. Sending a notification means contacting your browser maker's push service (Apple, Google, or Mozilla).

You can turn push notifications off in your profile, or revoke the permission in your browser settings. Turning them off in your profile deletes the stored record.

9Text messages

We do not require a phone number anywhere, and no form on our Website asks for one.

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, the following terms apply to that program.

  • Program description. You would receive notifications, appointment reminders, and occasional marketing messages, and only because you opted in.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your preferences and your interactions with Maximize Partners.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
  • Opting out. You can cancel at any time by texting STOP to the number the messages came from. After sending STOP you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive messages from Maximize Partners. To rejoin, sign up again the same way you did initially.
  • Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email us at hello@maximizepartners.com.
  • Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy. Mobile information and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details on how we handle your data, please review our Privacy Policy: https://ryanking.live/privacy

Opting in to text messages is never a condition of buying anything, and it is never bundled into any other agreement.

10Email

10.1 What we send. Transactional email: receipts, access details, confirmations, and notifications about your account or your program. And, if you asked for it, our newsletter and other educational or promotional email.

10.2 Unsubscribing. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@maximizepartners.com and ask. We act on it within ten business days at the outside, and usually the same day.

Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop transactional email about something you bought. You cannot unsubscribe from a receipt.

10.3 We keep the streams separate. We do not put promotional offers inside course-delivery or receipt emails.

11How we use your information

  • To deliver the programs and services you bought, and to give you access to them.
  • To communicate with you about your purchase, your account, and your program.
  • To process payments.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Website and the Services.
  • To personalize your experience inside the product: your dashboard, your strengths, your goal.
  • To send you educational and promotional email, if you asked for it.
  • To evaluate applications to our programs.
  • To protect our legal rights, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
  • To measure how the Website is used, and to show you our own advertising on Google, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.
  • To use in our own content and marketing, as § 10.3 of our Terms describes, and to use a testimonial you left on our testimonial page, as § 2.14 describes.

We may use anonymized or aggregated information (information that no longer identifies you) to improve our curriculum and develop new programs.

12Confidentiality of coaching information

Information you share in a coaching session, whether individual or in a group, is confidential to the extent the law allows.

That confidentiality is limited in four ways, and you should know all four:

  • in a group setting, other participants are present and hear what you say;
  • we record our live group calls and individual coaching sessions, and we may use those recordings, and what you say or write to us, in our content and marketing, as § 10.3 of our Terms describes;
  • we may have to disclose something if the law requires it;
  • we may have to act if there is a risk of harm to you or to someone else.

We may use anonymized coaching insights (with nothing that identifies you) to improve our curriculum or build new programs.

13Your choices, and how to exercise them

As a matter of our policy, and regardless of whether any particular law requires it, we honor the following requests from anyone.

13.1 Get a copy of your data. Email us and ask, and we will send you a copy of the information we hold about you. We will not include our own private coaching notes about you. Your payment records are held by our payment processor rather than by us.

13.2 Correct something. You can edit your own profile directly, at any time, from your account. For anything else, email us.

13.3 Delete your account. Email us and ask.

Here is exactly what happens, because we would rather tell you than have you assume. A person handles your request by hand. There is no automated process. We aim to complete it within thirty days. We delete your profile, your progress, your responses, your coach conversations, and your assessment data. We remove your name from your community posts and comments so they no longer identify you, or delete them if you ask us to. We keep purchase and payment records, because tax and accounting rules require it. We also keep the recordings of calls and coaching sessions you were on, and anything of yours we have already used in our content or marketing. We do not edit one person out of a recording. If you are on our email list, we remove you from it and from the copy Resend holds, as part of the same request.

If you change your mind before we have acted on your request, email us and we will stop.

13.4 Stop marketing email. See § 10.2.

13.5 How to ask. Email hello@maximizepartners.com. We will respond within thirty days.

13.6 What we may hold back. We may decline or limit a request where we need the information to meet a legal or tax obligation, to prevent fraud or abuse, to resolve a dispute, or to enforce our agreements, and where content you posted has already been distributed inside the community, we may not be able to retrieve it from other people.

13.7 Turn off analytics and advertising measurement. Four ways, all in § 4.7. You do not have to email us and you do not have to ask.

13.8 Ask us to stop using your testimonial. If you left a testimonial on our testimonial page and want us to stop using it, email hello@maximizepartners.com and tell us which one is yours. You do not need an account, and it does not matter whether Ryan has used it yet.

We take it off our website and out of our programs, and we do not use it in anything new. We also delete it from our systems: your words, your video, your photo, your name, and what you do. We aim to do this within thirty days. Anything we have already posted on social media or sent out, such as a post, a video, or an email, stays up. We cannot take back a copy someone else has made.

14How long we keep things

We want to be straightforward about this, because most privacy policies are not.

We delete almost nothing automatically. The one exception is a video sent from our testimonial page that never arrives with a testimonial, which we delete, usually within two days (§ 2.14). Nothing else in our systems expires on a schedule, ages out, or is purged in the background. If you gave us something, we still have it, and we will still have it next year, unless you ask us to remove it or we decide to remove it ourselves.

That applies to everything: quiz answers, applications we accepted, applications we did not accept, abandoned checkouts, poll responses, community posts, coach conversations, and testimonials Ryan decided not to use.

If you want something gone, ask us, and see § 13.3.

We keep purchase and payment records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and we do not delete those on request.

15Security

Security controls we actually operate today:

  • Row-level database security, applied to every table and enforced even against the database owner, so a signed-in member's queries return that member's own records and nothing else.
  • No passwords anywhere. Sign-in is a one-time link. There is no password to steal, leak, reuse, or reset.
  • Encryption in transit. HTTPS across the whole Website, with strict transport security enforced.
  • Encryption at rest, provided by our database and storage provider.
  • A content security policy and security headers that restrict what our pages may load, forbid our pages being embedded in other sites, and disable camera, microphone, and location access. The one exception is our testimonial page, where you can turn on your camera and microphone to record, and your browser asks you first. Location stays off there too.
  • Rate limiting on every public form, to blunt automated abuse.
  • Cryptographic verification of payment notifications from Stripe before we act on them.
  • Private file storage for course downloads and anything you upload to a course activity, released only through short-lived, single-use links.
  • Private storage for testimonial photos and videos. Only Ryan and our admins can open them, through short-lived links, until one is used in public.
  • No card data in our systems at all.

We describe these controls as they exist today, and we may change them as the platform changes. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

16Children

The Website and the Services are intended for adults eighteen and over. You must be at least eighteen to use them.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen, and specifically not from children under thirteen. If we learn that we have, we delete it. A parent or guardian who believes we hold information about a child may contact us at hello@maximizepartners.com and we will delete it.

17Other things worth stating plainly

17.1 Links to other websites. Our Website links to other sites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. If you give information to one of them, their policy applies, not ours.

17.2 Where your information is held. Our Services are operated in the United States and your information is stored and processed there. If you access the Website from outside the United States, you consent to that transfer and storage.
