How much time does HITA require each month?
Two live group coaching calls per month, about 2 hours total. Outside of calls, most leaders invest 3 to 5 hours reviewing material and implementing. But here’s what matters: implementing doesn’t mean adding new tasks to your plate. It means doing what you’re already doing as a leader, just with a real plan behind it. You’re not working more. What exactly happens on the live calls?
